    Overall it is a great hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was favourable to the store or pharmacy. The rooms are clean with very comfortable seating, so that guests have essentials.

    Great central location, so close to Mall Plaza Trebol you can almost touch it. the room is pretty nice and comes with free water bottles, a kitchen, and a welcome drink to start your stay off right. 🥤

    The staff is attentive to detail and provides excellent service. The location, right next to the biggest mall in the area, is convenient for shopping and dining options.     The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options.

    The rooftop pool was in really bad condition and cold. It was a shame to see such potential wasted.

    Great xmas stay! the staff was incredibly friendly, and we were surprised with complementary chocolates and wine in our room. the hotel is in a key location, close to the airport, the mall, and several restaurants. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym with great views of the city.

    Although the breakfast had a good variety of options, it was a bit crowded during peak hours and took some time to find a table. the Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak in our room.

    This hotel offered exclusive amenities for a luxurious stay. the spa and wellness centre had a sauna and steam room for relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers for tanning. the massage and full body massage were amazing.

    The venue was slightly far from the city center, but the location offered privacy and private facilities for couples.

    The hotel is well located, just a short ride away from the airport and the Convention Centre. the staff at the front desk were friendly, but they should have more info ready about taxis to downtown. the hotel is located next to a mall, which is a plus. the rooms were comfortable and well equipped, with tasteful decor and modern bathrooms. the breakfast was also quite decent, with good options of hot and cold dishes.

    The gym at the hotel was not up to par, lacking proper equipment.

    This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. I found the location convenient; it's close to the airport and easy to reach from there. The staff was the best part of the stay, they were very friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable bed and sauna, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of delicious food.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.

    Staying here, although only for one night, was exactly what I needed. All my expectations were exceeded. The service at the front desk was excellent - I was very impressed. And once they found out my birthday was just the day before, they sent up a complimentary glass of wine and an antipasti plate to my room. The bed was beautifully comfortable, the sauna is free up to 20 minutes and the breakfast consisted of a nice variety of hot and cold items, savory and sweet. The fruit bar was really awesome as well. The restaurant has a sun room with very comfortable seating. It was quite relaxing.
